Rectangle Kit #1
(30 Pieces)
This is the most popular Booster Kit. It
allows you to increase the number of basic rectangles in a smaller
kit or to add rectangles to a kit bought earlier. One or two of
these rectangle kits will expand your set of blocks and allow a
growing child to make larger structures.
|
|
Rectangle Kit #2
(14 Pieces)
This Booster Kit is heavy on the largest pieces
- the 22" and 11" rectangles. Great for foundations and large
towers. If you purchased a Beginner Kit or smaller and want to add
some large pieces to make larger buildings, these are the right
blocks for foundations and base pieces. |
|
|
 |
Rectangle Kit #3
(36 Pieces)
This booster kit emphasizes all of the basic Blocks except the
22". This kit is a good addition to any kit that suffers
from being too small. It adds multiples of the most basic and
commonly used pieces. In our experience, children are very
fond of the 22 inch pieces, but there isn't too much you can build
with them, and it's better to have lots of the regular blocks.

|
|
|
Rectangle Kit #4
(30 Pieces)
This Kit ought to be our
most popular booster - even if it's not. This
emphasizes the 11" and 5-1/2" inch blocks and these run
out the soonest for most kids. These basic blocks are at the heart
of every structure and you can't have too many of them. This is
simplest and best addition for most sets of blocks. |

Finial Kit
(22 Pieces)
Finials make just the right thing to add the
finishing touch to towers, castles and monuments. We include a
range of columns that will let you dress up your Church or library
and add a touch of elegance. Forts can always use a few
finials and bridges always have finials to top off the support
towers.

|
|
|
Fortress Kit
(20 Pieces)
This Kit Includes battlements, cap battlements,
and finials. This allows turning a non-descript fort into the real
McCoy! Finials make just the right thing to add the finishing touch
to towers, castles and monuments. The tower caps top off towers in
case maidens need to let down their hair, and battlements allow
archers to decimate unwary varlets below.
|
 |
Caps & Joists Kit
(12 Pieces)
This Kit Includes Cap Battlements, Joists and
Japanese Joists. A good kit for simulating roofs on a variety of
structures. Typically, roofs on block buildings are not made by
planing over, but rather the outline is sugg4ested by the joists.
The curved joist of the Japanese Joists give a nice oriental flavor. |
|
|
 |
Super Size Kit
(24 Pieces)
Not to be confused with the Rectangle Kits
(above). This kit is composed of blocks that are 1-1/2 times as
wide as regular blocks but the same thickness and length. They make
good foundations for sturdy buildings. |
|
|
 |
Road Kit
(28 Pieces)
When your child begins to play with small cars
it's time to add road building materials to a block set. This kit
includes road planks, intersections and 90 degree and 45 degree
turns. The road planks do not lock together, but they can be
lofted on blocks to make bridge approaches and the planks are just
about the perfect scale for Matchbox size cars and trucks.
This is a very popular booster kit. |
|
|
 |
Column Kit
(24 Pieces)
Some people like columns; some don't. You can
make a lot of stuff without colu8mns, but if you want to make the
Lincoln Memorial or the Parthenon, they are a "must have." We
think they're great, and kids like them, but we only include a few
in our regular kits. If you want lots of columns, add this booster
to a regular kit. |

Huge Columns Kit
(10Pieces)
Many people have asked about 2-3/4 inch thick
columns which used to be found in high quality block kits back in
the day.
Unavailable elsewhere, these require very large pieces of lumber -
but we've got them. You can also find these individually in Open
Stock. |
 |
Triangle Kit
(34 Pieces)
Good for schools. This set includes most kinds
of triangles, and encourages familiarity with their names and
relationships. Kid's like the triangles.
They can be used to make roof joists, and children seem to enjoy
fitting them together to get a natural lesson in similarity and
congruence. |
 |
Arches Kit
(31 Pieces)
Kids love arches. This set includes some monster sized arches as
well as plenty of roman arches to make aqueducts and round arches
for making bridges and buildings. This is easily our best selling
Booster kit. You can make all kinds of things with Arches and the
large ones are a great favorite with all children. |
